Online Order Entry

Entering a New Order

1. Click on the Order Online button, and a new window will pop up.
2. Type in your User ID.
3. Type in your Password.
4. Click on New Order.
5. Click on Continue.
6. Type Customer P.O.
7. Enter the Date of the requested delivery.
8. Click on Submit.
9. Click on the drop-down menu (arrow pointing down) to choose the Order Guide.
10. Click Go.
11. Place the order by inserting the Quantity for the desired item.
12. Click Next to view additional pages.
    
    NOTE: You do not need to hit submit after every page.
13. When the order is complete, click Done.
14. Review the order to make sure that it is correct.
15. Click Done to complete the order for this P.O.
16. A question will be asked:
    
    • Do you want to display suggested items?
    • Click No, done with order.
17. At the Main Menu, start over by clicking 1 (Order Entry) again.
18. Choose New Order again to select a different P.O. to enter another order.
